Situational Analysis

Valliance Bank aimed to expand its customer base, with a focus on younger demographics who are increasingly drawn to digital banking. Valliance Bank partnered with Freestyle to be able to leverage this trend with a digital presence and marketing efforts. This motivated Valliance Bank to develop a targeted campaign to increase its market share and strengthen its position as a modern financial institution.

Goals

Valliance Bank aimed to attract more customers, specifically younger audiences, to open checking and deposit accounts, and to attract a younger audience to open deposit accounts for their digital bank.

Strategy

To achieve Valliance Bank’s goals, Freestyle developed a marketing strategy utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
